Morning Consult: Brand Refresh
Art Direction: Nick Fabiani, Vince Wanga
Collaboration: Kelly Rice, Khanh Pham, Natalie White
A refresh of the Morning Consult brand direction, messaging, and identity. The scope was to create and execute a modern and timeless brand refinement. By setting the tone for the rest of the brand and how it shows up in the market, the goal was to differentiate how our brand differentiates itself within the tech industry. The rebrand was timed in conjunction with a product release campaign, allotting a timeline of 2 months for a total refresh across all internal and external facing deliverables. I worked alongside the creative team to create the direction of our new branding as well as build a cohesive ecosystem to represent this direction.
Brand Refresh Direction
As part of this effort, I along with my design director, were tasked with creating a brand concept to propose for the direction of the brand refresh. Another pair of designers was also tasked with proposing a concept and out of the two, our team’s was approved to move forward and be developed. After developing our concept, we created new guidelines which incorporated our new typography, color palettes, and new brand elements into our previous guidelines. Below is a sneak peek into some of the visuals that were composed from our concept as well as some key pages from our brand guidelines.

Brand Refresh Collateral
After finalizing our final direction, we expanded the concept into what are now our brand assets, website, as well as templates for all our collateral such as reports, social media content, email marketing, and internal & external decks.

Country Archer Brisket Jerky
Art Direction: Cesar Sanchez
Country Archer is a Jerky Brand originated in the USA. For the launch of a new brisket jerky they were producing, I created six packaging design variations to showcase the range in flavors of the new product. While designing the product packaging, the focus was to keep Native American designs and culture in mind while exploring color options, background patterns and textures, as well as different shapes for the product showcasing window. Shown below are the final design as well as the other options presented to the client.

Morning Consult: Most X Brands
Art Direction: Sara Wickersham, Natalie White
Collaboration: Kelly Rice, Jodie Custodio, Hannah Cusworth, Ashley Berry
Most X Brands is an annual marketing campaign consisting of reports, social media, and video content on the public’s opinion on brands’ reliability, likeability, and growth in the economy. These reports are known as Most Trusted Brands, Fastest Growing Brands and Most Loved Brands. Over the time as a designer at Morning Consult, I have created the branding for the report one year and supported collateral design over the following years.

In 2023, I aided in the creation of social media content as well as a guide for video and animation for the MTB marketing campaign. These graphics consisted of instagram carousel and story content showcasing the top 10 most trusted brands per industry.

Most X Brands 2021
In 2021 I created the branding for the 3 sub-brands (Most Loved Brands, Most Trusted Brands, and Fastest Growing Brands) that fall under a marketing campained titled Most X brands. This included creating brand identities for the 3 brands that would work both individually as well as be part of a cohesive campaign. Each brand identity consisted of a logo, color identity, pattern, and usage guidelines for report templates, email graphics, social content, and promotional ads. Sadly, the Most Loved Brands campaign didn’t launch and that identity did not get explored beyond the logo and color identity stage.
Below you will find the brand identity concepts for all MXB brands, as well as examples of further implementation of the branding for both Most Trusted Brands and Fastest Growing Brands.
